2 RWs in Pondok Pinang Flooded

Flooding that caused by overflowing waters of Pesanggrahan River has inundated citizen residential in RW 05 and 08 Pondok Pinang Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Saturday (3/12).

Water came at around 5 AM and now the condition is already stable. It will subside within one hour ahead

Water level at every RT is varied, starting from 70 cm (RT 10/05), 60 cm (RT 014/05), 60 cm (RT 015/05), 85 cm (RT 017/05) and 130 cm (RT 016/05).

"Water came at around 5 AM and now the condition is already stable. It will subside within one hour ahead," said Purjianto, a citizen of RT 015/05.

Due to flood, there around 48 people evacuated to flood post in Majelis Ta'lim and Multipurpose Hall, RW 05. 

Based on the data, there are three households with 10 people in RT 014/05, two households with seven people in RT 016, two households with five people in RT 17/05, and eight households with 26 people in RT 10/05.

Meanwhile, water level at RT 03 and 04/RW 08 is reaching 60 cm. There are 85 people evacuate to citizen home that is safe from flood and a RT 04 post.

Bambang, (46), a citizen of RT 03/08 said, in previous years, flood could reach two meters if the Pesanggrahan Sluice Gate touched 250 cm or on alert 2. But now, the water reaches one meter if the sluice touched the same high.

"It is because the city administration and Kodam Jaya have dredged mud in Pesanggrahan River, Jalan Deplu," he finished.
